Delivery

Eureka Pacific Consumer Store orders are delivered by couriers or using Australia Post services which usually require a signature on delivery. Orders are processed and shipped within 1-4 days. For rush orders, please email us after completing payment.

Advice about daytime delivery address

At check out, please provide your daytime / business address so your delivery can be signed for.

If no one is present to sign for your package, it will be sent to the nearest Australia Post retail store or courier depot and you may be required to collect it or it may be sent back to us.

For this reason we recommend business/workplace deliveries only.

Delivery Prices

The following delivery options are shown in the drop down menu of Step 2 of the Check Out. You must choose the freight option for your location:

Australia: Customers benefit from Australia-wide shipping for a flat rate of just $20.00 (plus GST). This does not include insurance. Please advise if you would like to pay extra for insurance.

New Zealand: Customers benefit from New Zealand-wide shipping for a flat rate of just $40.00 (plus GST). This does not include insurance. Please advise if you would like to pay extra for insurance.


For consumer deliveries to Oceania or SE Asia, please contact us for a freight quote prior to placing your order.

Returns and exchanges

It is essential that you choose the item and model number. We do not refund on wrong selections however you may exchange the product if the alternative is available/in stock.

In the rare instance where an item needs to be returned/exchanged, you may do this if:

• There is a basic, serious manufacturing fault that has been identified within 7 days
• It does not do the job you purchased it for
• It does not match the example viewed by you on this site

Refunds or exchanges can be arranged if the product is shipped back in full packaging to:

Please send with all packaging and your receipt. Please ensure your full name, address and phone numbers(s) are included so we can arrange shipping of replacement helmets.

For exchanges, your costs include return freight and any difference in price between the models.
